CAPSULES

Blasting caps come in a variety of types, including;

• Non-electric capsules,
• Electricial capsules, and
• Plain fuse caps.

A blasting cap is small sensitive primary explosive device generally used to detonate a larger, more powerful and less sensitive secondary explosive such as dynamite.

Electrical Capsules

Electrical Capsules is either aliminium or cupper types and incorporates a small pyrotechnic delay element, from zero (no delay) up to a few hundred milliseconds, before the cap fires.
